At Dhurata Sadiku, our goal is to offer you the best shipping options, no matter where you live. Every day, we deliver to hundreds of customers across the world, ensuring that we provide the very highest levels of responsiveness to you at all times.
Once an order is placed, it cannot be canceled. However, upon receiving the order, you can return the item by following the instructions here. Please allow at least 3-5 business days for order processing and verification for domestic orders. For international orders, please allow at least 5-7 business days for order processing and verification. Dhurata Sadiku is unable to change/intercept the shipping address of a package once the order is placed. We will only ship to the address provided at checkout, which must match the billing address. However, you can schedule a pick-up at a UPS location or reschedule a delivery date via the UPS My Choice service. Due to our Fraud Protection Policy, all online orders are required to have identical billing and shipping addresses. Any orders with different shipping and billing addresses will not be processed. We are unable to combine shipping on multiple orders.
Dhurata Sadiku now offers DHL Express for international orders. Please note that Dhurata Sadiku will not calculate, invoice, or collect any taxes, duties, import fees, or related amounts or charges (“Duties”) other than shipping costs at checkout. You are responsible for paying applicable Duties. Dhurata Sadiku is not responsible for, and will not reimburse, any Duties or costs (including costs of return shipping) resulting from your refusal or failure to pay Duties.
When will I receive my order?
For international shipments, it takes approximately 14-18 business days to receive your package, although sometimes it may be sooner or later depending upon your country’s customs department. For expedited international shipment (6-10 business days) with detailed tracking information, select PRIORITY shipment upon checkout. After your order processes, you will receive an email with your order confirmation. Once your package ships, you will receive a separate email with tracking information and you will soon be able to log into your account to track your order.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship internationally. Upon checkout, you can select standard shipping which takes approximately 14-18 business days to arrive after being shipped to you OR priority shipment which takes 6-10 business days and includes more detailed tracking information.
How much does the shipping cost?
Standard International Shipping & Handling is EUR 18 (14-18 business days and minimal tracking), and International Priority Shipping & Handling is EUR 45 (6-10 business days and detailed tracking). We ship worldwide.
How do I track my order?
After your order ships, you’ll receive a notification email with a tracking number and link, so you can check on your shipping status and know when to expect your order. Please note that for International Standard Shipping, tracking will show when it leaves Kosovo and when it gets delivered. For more detailed tracking, select International Priority Shipping upon checkout.
How do I change my shipping address?
If you contact us within a few hours after placing your order, we will do our best to change your address. Unfortunately, once your order is processed, we cannot change your address. Please email us at [email protected] with your order number if you believe your package won’t arrive at your intended address.
Can I return my order for a return?
Yes, you can return your order under the Dhurata Sadiku Satisfaction Guarantee. If you are not 100% satisfied with our product, we will find a solution for you. You can return the product within 7 days of receiving it. We will send you a return label, and upon receipt, you will receive a refund* minus a shipping and handling fee. Returns are applicable only for KOSOVO orders. International orders are considered final sale.
