Refund Policy
Please note that DHURATA SADIKU will not calculate, invoice, or collect any taxes, duties, import fees, or related amounts or charges (“Duties”) other than shipping costs at checkout. You are responsible for paying applicable Duties. DHURATA SADIKU is not responsible for, and will not reimburse, any Duties or costs (including costs of return shipping) resulting from your refusal or failure to pay Duties.
Can I return my order for a return?
Yes, you can return your order under the Dhurata Sadiku Satisfaction Guarantee. If you are not 100% satisfied with our product, we will find a solution for you. You can return the product within 24 hours of receiving it. We will provide you with a return label, and upon return receipt, you will receive a refund* minus a shipping and handling fee. Returns are applicable only for KOSOVO orders.
International Returns:
International orders are considered final sale. Please email [email protected] and provide your full name, order number, and reason for your return, and we would be happy to assist you. For international returns, customers will be granted an online gift card equal to the amount paid for the item(s) returned, minus a 150€ restocking fee. The original shipping cost will not be reimbursed.
